Shipping Policy

USPS- Standard Shipping which is calculated and added at checkout depending on the size of your package and the delivery location. Please allow 3-5 for processing before your package is shipped. Once your item is shipped it is typically delivered within 3-5 business days depending on where you are located. 

USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While we are shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. Almost all of our orders are delivering, we are just seeing USPS taking longer than normal and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver.  

Please make sure to double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. We will email you upon receipt and you will need to purchase our reshipment along with providing an updated address. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
