Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from All Things Lovely Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you need to return a purchase. We have a 14-day return policy. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days. After this timeframe, your items will not be eligible for returns. We do not offer exchanges.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY STORE CREDIT OR REFUND.
All items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Return Instructions
To start a return please contact our customer service team via email: shopallthingslovely1@gmail.com. Please provide us with your order number and brief explanation of return.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please include the packing slip with your return and all tags attached in unworn condition. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. Please be sure to keep tracking number of returned item as we are not responsible for returns lost by the shipping carrier. It is the customers responsibility to inquire about lost returned packages with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items
Please email damaged items to shopallthingslovely1@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving items. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
